Our laboratory services can be ordered by licensed healthcare providers worldwide. The first step is to set up an account with us and certify your eligibility to render healthcare services in the location of your practice. If you already have an account with us, you can skip Step One and use the links below to request collection kits (Step Two), review collection instructions (Step Three), and download our test requisition form (Step Four).
