Amy Yip

As CFO, Amy Yip oversees all finance operations at US BioTek, leading our accounting, administrative, and IT teams to keep our critical back office functions running smoothly.

She has a successful record of building high-growth technology companies from start-ups to international leaders. Previously, Yip held leadership roles at K2/Sourcecode Technology Holdings, a maker of business productivity software, most recently as VP, Finance and Accounting.

Yip is a Certified Public Accountant (Inactive) and holds an Accounting degree from Seattle University.
